I. Contents of reports
(1) Organizations or individuals who have made CEC Fenghua a shareholder by forging the company registration application, equity transaction agreement, enterprise seal, business license, legal representative's signature and ID card, etc.
(ii) Organizations or individuals who provide intermediary and other services or facilitate the registration of counterfeit state-owned enterprises to seek improper financial benefits.
(iii) Acts that have no equity relationship with CEC Fenghua and its subsidiaries, but mislead the public by falsely advertising themselves as CEC Fenghua and its subsidiaries to the public.
(iv) Other illegal and irregular acts related to impersonating CEC Fenghua and its subsidiaries.
